With the heavy foot traffic at our event, we always receive a lot of vendor requests. With that, we do have a process where all vendors are juried and we make sure diverse items are on display throughout the festival. We are always so impressed by the talent and artistry that our vendors are capable of, and welcome new artist as room allows. In order to be considered, fill out the form below.

Fill out this form if you are interested in becoming a vendor.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Christkindlmarkt.

The Ferdinand Christkindlmarkt, held the third full weekend in November annually, features over 200 lavishly decorated booths spilling over with quality hand-created items, antiques, art, Christmas wares, delicious regional food and wine, live entertainment, a free concert, free tours and so much more.
Please read the following carefully prior to completing an application.
Please note that we only accept handcrafted items made by the vendor and quality antiques. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a carefully curated display experience.

Mass-produced merchandise is not permitted. We cannot emphasize this enough -- NO MASS-PRODUCED ITEMS. By completing this application, you are confirming that your items are handmade by you.

Your application should include a detailed description of your products along with high-quality, clear photographs of the items you intend to sell.

We are now accepting applications for outdoor vendors in our newest market area, located next to our exciting new attraction — the German Christmas Pyramid. This new addition will provide visitors with an enhanced holiday experience and offer vendors a wonderful opportunity to showcase their products in a festive, high-traffic location.

All vendor spaces are $175.00 for a 10' x 10' space (subject to change).
You will be asked to indicate your location preference by checking one of the following options: Indoor Booth, Outdoor Booth, or No Preference.

Please note that the Christkindlmarkt is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors should be prepared for varying weather conditions throughout the weekend.
